For drivers and fleets

Four places for it to go wrong. One for it to go right.

Can you find anyone. Can they actually come. Are they any good. Are they going to gouge you.

A unit goes down and the clock starts. Every hour on the shoulder is a load that isn’t moving.

Step 1 of 5

One request, not a phone tree

You're down and you open the app. No working through a list of numbers hoping somebody picks up, and no explaining the same thing five times to five different shops.

What changes

The same breakdown, handled once.

One request

You give the unit, the fault and where you are. Jitter does the phoning. You're not working down a list of numbers on the shoulder in the dark.

You can see who's coming

The technician's name, the shop they work for, and where they are on a map. Not a promise that somebody is on the way.

Checked before they're sent

Trade certificate, liability insurance and WSIB clearance are on file. That check happens before anyone is dispatched to your truck, not after something goes wrong.

A flat fee per call

It isn't a percentage of the repair, so it's the same whether it turns out to be a fuse or a turbo. Jitter doesn't set the technician's rate or take a cut of it.

Nothing monthly

Nothing to join and nothing to cancel. Owner-operators pay when they use it.

The record stays with the truck

What was done, when, and by whom. It's there next time, including work done by a different shop in a different province.

Running a fleet

If the trucks aren’t yours to drive.

Managers never request service and never sit in the middle of a breakdown. What they need is coverage across the lanes their drivers actually run.

Coverage, not a phone list

One way for a driver to get help wherever they've stopped, instead of a different set of numbers for every region you run.

Your shops named first

Name the shops you already deal with, by area. They get first refusal on breakdowns there, and if they can't come it falls through to the network rather than leaving a driver waiting.

Drivers never see cost

What a repair costs is your business, not something a company driver is put in the middle of.

Priced per truck

A monthly subscription per truck. Trailers and reefers are covered rather than counted separately.

Been stuck on the shoulder?

This is being built now and we want to hear how it actually goes. What you tried, who you called, how long it took.
