Terms

Last updated 16 September 2026

These terms cover the website at jitter.ca. They are short because the site does little: it describes a product in development and gives you a way to get in touch. The Jitter app is not released and is not covered here.

What this site is

Jitter is being built. The pages here describe how it is meant to work, including screens and features that do not exist yet. They are designs and intentions, not a description of a service you can use today.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a contract. Features, pricing and availability may change before launch, or may not ship at all. If you are counting on something you read here, ask us first.

Using the site

You can read anything here and contact us through the form. Please do not:

  • Use the contact form to send spam, abuse, or anything unlawful.
  • Try to break, probe, or overload the site, or interfere with anyone else using it.
  • Copy the site's text, design, or the Jitter name and mark for your own commercial use without asking.

Ownership

The Jitter name, the wordmark, and everything written and designed for this site belong to Jitter. Quoting a line to talk about us is fine. Reusing the material as your own is not.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, and we do not promise either. We are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the site, to the extent the law lets us say so.

Privacy

What the site collects and why is set out in the privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about them is heard in Ontario.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.
